                 Video Blaster SE LATEST INFORMATION
                 ===================================

This  file  contains information not available during the printing  of
the manual.  Please read all the sections before you proceed with any
installation procedure.


1. PCVIDEO COMPATIBLE DRIVER FOR VIDEO BLASTER SE

   The   installation  process  will  install  the  Windows'   PCVIDEO
   compatible  driver  for Video Blaster SE into  your  Windows/System
   directory.   This will allow software written for Video Blaster  to
   run  under  Video  Blaster  SE hardware. However,  there  are  some
   limitation  to this PCVIDEO compatible driver.  Please see  section
   under Compatibility Issue for more information.

   Setup For PCVIDEO
   -----------------
   
   Run  PCVSETUP.EXE  in your VBSE directory to configure  the  driver
   and to check that it is working with Video Blaster SE.
   
   Testing For PCVIDEO Compatibility
   ---------------------------------
   
   Run VIDEOKIT.EXE in your VBSE directory to test that the driver  is
   working functionally with Video Blaster SE.
   
   Compatibility Issue
   -------------------
   
   The  following  functions  are  not supported  under  this  PCVIDEO
   compatibility driver :
   
       a.   Panning
       b.   Audio controls
